How to Connect Alexa to WiFi, With or Without the App?

The Easiest Way to Connect Alexa to WiFi With the App
- The first thing you need to do is Sign in to the Alexa app on your iPhone or Android Device.
- Now tap on the "Devices" icon. (In the bottom-right)
- On the next screen, Tap on "Echo & Alexa".
- Choose your Alexa Device you want to connect to a Wi-Fi network. In case, your device isn't listed there then go back to the device's screen>All devices. It will appear to the right of Echo & Alexa. If still, you don't see your Alexa device then reset it now and set it up as a new device.
- Tap on the "Change" icon that appears to the right of your Wi-Fi Network.
- Choose the "No" button to put your Alexa device in setup mode. If it is already in setup mode then it will blink orange light.
- Now you have to put your Alexa device in setup mode, tap "Continue." To do the same, press the button on your Alexa device as indicated in the app. (check the Alexa app to see which button you should press)
- Select your Alexa device. If your Alexa device is not in the list then tap "Device not listed" (at the bottom of the screen).
- Choose the Wi-Fi network for the device. And then enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Wait! Until your Alexa device connects to your new Wi-Fi network.

- Open a web browser>go to the official website of Alexa.
- Log in to your account using credentials. (username and password)
- Now click on the "Settings" option.
- Select "Set up a new device".
- Choose the device you are using currently, and click on continue.
- Plug your Alexa device into a power source.
- Wait until the ring light turns orange.
- Connect your Alexa device to a wireless network with the format Amazon-XXX.
- Click "Continue" on your web browser.
- Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect your Alexa device to.
- Type your password and click connect.
- Wait until your Alexa device connects to the new Wi-Fi network.
